Windshield replacement for Mercedes 450 CLS. I have my own business serving the consumer directly. I value my clients and service their needs as if I was serving myself. I've had 50 vehicles in my lifetime and I have never had a body shop so professional & knowledgeable than Vive. The team at Vive Allentown PA are very personable with an edge of humor that makes you feel so comfortable & welcomed. I have 5 vehicles today and I will be back at Vive in the near future. If you expect & deserve white glove service & you are anal about your "baby (ies)", do not go to Safelite....Go to the Pros...Vive. The staff is a reflection of the management. Thank You Team Vive!👍 Shout out to Miss Mo who was my first contact, not AI, & who gave me the confidence I needed that Vive is the best place for my Baby.

If you have a Tesla go to VIVE Collision this is the place. I had an unfortunate accident with a deer naturally I went to Tesla service at first which by the way the closest ones are in Philly. When I got there they gave me an estimate totaling on around 12k but warned me that it was probably going to go above that once they took everything apart. I was still willing to work with Tesla but their payment options if you’re paying OOP are not very good. VIVE Collision is one of the few Tesla approved shops around the area and in here the staff is very friendly and understanding. They gave me an estimate significantly lower than what I was quoted at Tesla and they managed to get me back on the road in about 1.5 weeks they’re also very flexible with their payment options if you’re paying OOP. Not to mention that the quality of the work was stellar I recommend VIVE Collision with any of your Tesla body needs.

My Mercedes SLK230 was sideswiped along the whole driver side. It was a Mercedes Designo Electric Green and only one of 120 made. The VIVE experts were able to match the color and fix the damage very quickly and efficiently. It looked like a brand new car. Thank you to your incredible staff for doing a phenomenal job WELL DONE!!!

I needed to get some body work done after a minor accident and Vive came up as the recommended option for a Tesla. They were able to get me an estimate appointment for the next day, and then for repair the next week. Considering my car was fully functional I didn't need it that quick but they got it scheduled right away. During the repair they kept me up to date the entire time, and when complete my car was fully cleaned inside and out, and they even fully charged it up for me! Steven provided great service through the process, and the people working the front desk could not have been more polite and wonderful to talk to. Edited just to say the work done on my cars was done perfect, which was almost secondary to the service!

Had a great experience with Vive Collision of Lehigh Valley. The team was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The quality of the work was top-notch my vehicle came back looking like nothing ever happened. Turnaround time was solid, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Definitely a shop you can trust if you want things done right. Highly recommend.
